1 General Terms

By accessing or using the 555zz platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 555zz and its users. 555zz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect upon publication on the website.

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 555zz, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a real individual — not a corporate entity or a bot.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• Each person may open only one account.
• If your account has previously been suspended or closed for any reason, you are not permitted to open a new account.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate. If false or misleading information is provided, 555zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account at any time, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Where necessary, 555zz may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until the verification process is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized access to your account or security concerns must be reported to the 555zz support team immediately. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in liability for any losses falling on you.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited.
• The same payment method may not be used across multiple accounts.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds into your 555zz account are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Identity verification must be completed on the account before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

555zz reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions. Documents may be requested to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no currency conversion option available.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

555zz offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; if you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each eligible user may receive a bonus only once.
• A bonus offer cannot be combined with any other bonus offer while one is active.
• Using multiple accounts or collaborative betting to earn bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 555zz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 555zz platform are governed by 555zz's established rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, 555zz reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of each event is determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant authority. If an event is cancelled or postponed, 555zz's specific rules will apply.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely unbiased and not predetermined.

7 Fair Play & Fraud

555zz believes in fair play and takes strict action against fraudulent activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or profits in collaboration with other users.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error on the platform.
• Opening an account using false information or concealing one's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.
